Book a Home Inspection

Book a home, condo or commercial inspection, or home hazard testing, anywhere in Toronto and the GTA. Fill in the form below with the property address, the type of inspection and your preferred date. Condo inspections start at $399, home inspections at $499 and commercial inspections at $599. The final price depends on the property's size, age and type.

What happens after you book?

1. We confirm. We'll get back to you shortly to confirm the date, time and price. If your condition date is close, call 647-704-7100.
2. Access. Your agent arranges access with the seller's agent. Please make sure the electrical panel, furnace, water heater and attic hatch can be reached.
3. Inspection day. Most inspections take about two to four hours. You're welcome to attend, especially for the walk-through at the end.
4. Your report. You get your written report with photos within 24 hours.
