I didn’t intend on following the inspector around the house because I have two little kids. Using Yama’s service worked perfectly for me. Every once in a while he would locate me and go over things that he found, described in detail what the problem is, issues it can cause, how to remedy it and how to stop it from happening again. Then he would go back to the inspection. Yama was conscientious of my need for details on the home inspection but also respectful of my desire to simply wander around the home rather than follow him. This gave me the best of both worlds. Excellent job
